Brainwave Computers is a local computer repair and build shop, now with two locations in Beaverton and Hillsboro, OR. They came to us because they wanted a new website and a fresh logo to make their site look more inviting to potential customers. To accomplish this for them we looked into their business and their competition to develop a personalized strategy just for them!

Local SEO

Small local businesses are who we love to work with. There is such a huge potential for growth there and we love to see our clients build and grow. For Brainwave we focused on Beaverton OR and a handful of other close towns like Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, and Portland. By targeting these locations people who search “Computer repair near me,” people are going to be far more likely to find our client, Brainwave. We also makee sure to optimize Google My Business, Yelp Google Maps, etc., so your business can be found.

Website Design

When it comes to computer repair, by the time you are looking for a solution to fix your computer you are already frustrated and maybe even intimidated and overwhelmed with the prospect of handing over your “baby” to a stranger. The visual design of Brainwave had to eliminate all those concerns. When looking at other PC repair websites, most of them were stale, cold, and made by engineers. With Brainwave, we used a familiar info-graphic style with illustrations and humor. The result was a new website which is much more appealing to users, drawing them into the website and making them want to stay longer and learn more about Brainwave. 

Social Media

Building an audience on Facebook is a huge part of our process. It’s great to have a beautiful website but if nobody can see it, then what’s the point? When Google sees people coming from Facebook to your website, it realizes it is more important, and your search ranking goes up. We did this with Brainwave by blogging about common computer problems and providing information on them, establishing them as an authority on computer repair.
